Enclosure on Halsanger Common
Two hut circles associated with a small, square enclosure, 18m by 19m, are close by the modern wall dividing Halsanger Common from Horridge Common. This site was excavated by the DEC in 1897, when pottery, flint and slate artefacts were retrieved, though the work here was never completed. Condition is stable. SX75053 74828
