HUNT, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV102371.

Blackpool sands, stoke fleming. A number of gold coins were picked up here. The english coins were of the reign of edward iii and henry iv. The remainder: french. Found in 1869. Probably from a shipwrecked boat (windeatt/elliot). A considerable number of gold coins found, since dispersed. They included coins of edward iii and iv, and french ecus of charles vii (hunt).
