House with shop. Mid 19th century, probably with late 19th century upper storey. Painted roughcast, slate roof with stacks to gable ends. Exterior: three storeys; symmetrical three-window range. A dentil cornice and platband to the first floor has late 19th century windows above and a central 6/6-pane sash window flanked by 6/6-pane tripartite sashes to the first floor. Fine shop front, flanked by moulded pilasters, has a moulded cornice to the fascia with an ornate painted wrought-iron coat of arms to the centre of a cast-iron cresting of alternate anthemion and palmette motifs. Set-back double doors with overlight. Semi-elliptical arches to five vertical plate-glass panes with colonnettes, one canting back to the door. A six-panel door to the left has a semicircular fanlight with radiating glazing bars and panelled reveal and soffit flanked by moulded pilasters. Interior: not inspected.
