Brunswick Street, No.30, Dolphins. Formerly known as: No.23 Brunswick Street. Terraced house. Early/mid 19th century. Painted stucco, slate roof with rendered stack to the right and a shared moulded ashlar stack to the left. Double-depth plan. Exterior: two storeys; symmetrical two-bay. The doorcase has colonnettes supporting an entablature and panelled reveals to a central set-back 20th century door with overlight, flanked on both floors by two-light small-paned casement windows with interlacing tracery to ogee heads. Interiior: not inspected.
