House with shop. Late 18th/early 19th century. Painted Flemish-bond brick, stone coped parapet, double-pitched slate roof with a large brick stack to the left and a conical lead rainwater-head to the right return. Double-depth plan. Exterior: two storeys; two-window range. Tall semicircular arched 6/6-pane sash windows with radial glazing bars, in stepped-back recesses to the first floor. Late 19th century former butcher's shop front with a set-back early 20th century door to the left. The former six-panel right-of-centre shop door with overlight, now half-glazed, is flanked on the left by a 20th century three-pane window to the left and a 19th century two-pane colonnetted window to the right. Interior: not inspected but noted as being altered.
