Summercourt and attached walls (Formerly Listed as: Shute Hill, Shute Hill Guest House)
House, now a rest home. Circa 1820s-30s, now altered. Painted pebbledash, slate roof with rendered stacks to gable ends. Double-depth plan with large three-storey block to the rear and other 20th century additions. Exterior: two storeys; symmetrical three-window range. A Tuscan porch with cornice and entablature is flanked by single-storey canted bays with tented roofs. Twentieth century windows. Interior: not inspected but noted as being altered. Subsidiary features: coped walls attached below first-floor level sweep down for approximately five metres to each side.
