Summary

Early 19th century three storey house, with alterations to the ground floor. The former doorway in the centre of the symmetrical three-window range has been replaced with a mid 19th century window, and the entrance is a mid 19th century single-storey porch in the left return.

House. Early 19th century with mid 19th century alterations to the ground floor. Painted stucco, hipped slate roof with rendered stacks to sides and rear. Double-depth plan with three-storey rear wing. Exterior: three storeys; symmetrical three-window range. A former central door space (now a mid 19th century window) has a fanlight with radial glazing bars and mid 19th century margin panes with crossed glazing bars below a 6/6-pane sash window to the first floor and 3/6-pane sash to the second floor. To the sides are 4/8-pane sash windows to the second floor, 8/8-pane sashes to the 1st floor and mid 19th century French windows with margin panes and overlights with crossed glazing bars. The left return has various early 19th century and later windows and a mid 19th century single-storey porch, now the entrance, in the rear wing which has a six-panel door and overlight with crossed glazing bars. Interior: not inspected.
