Full description
Adams, M., 1900, The Castle, Manor-house and Church of Clifton, near Dartmouth, 510-3 (Article in Serial). SDV172286.
Memorial brass to Edward Roope in St Petrock's church, inscribed: "also here lyeth the body of Edward Roope Gent the erector of this monument who departed this life June 2nd.1689. Aetatis suae 55". The monument referred to in the above description is a memorial to the Roope family found on the south wall of the church.
