Full description

Kittery Quay. A whole nest of buildings dating back to Tudor times, if not earlier, were cleared in 1881 for the building of the Yacht Club House, the villa called Longford and a stone house called The Priory. On the site now occupied by Longford there were two early 16th century houses. Other details: Plates 9-11.
