Earthworks associated with the 18th century windmill are visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. They comprise a circular cutting, circa 17m diameter, interpreted as a building platform for the windmill, with a linear hollow of a trackway which extends form the windmill eastwards up to Moles Lane. An irregularly shaped earthwork mound, circa 35m long, to the west possibly represents associated spoil from the cutting of the windmill building platform.
