Full description

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1953, SX78SW17 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV303202.

Site visit 23rd March 1953. Hut B. One of two hut circles sited on the eastern slope of the hill. This one is cut into the slope. Entrance to the south-east. In a good state of preservation. No associated field system or enclosure.

Remains of a Bronze Age/Iron Age settlement, north of Blissmoor farmhouse, consisting of two huts, 26 ft diameter, and remnants of field walls and lynchets.
