Summary

One of two hut circles cut into the hillside at the base of a steep northern slope. Constructed of single large boulders with no definite entrance. It has been somewhat mutilated by a leat which has been cut through it.

Full description

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1953, SX78SW18 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV303246.

Site visit 23rd March 1953. Hut B. Cit into the hillside at the base of a steep northern slope. One of two hut circles. Constructed of single large boulders with no definite entrance. It has been somewhat mutilated by a leat which has been cut through it but is in a fair state of preservation.
