Full description
Tiverton District Council, 1978, Cullompton Conservation Area, 12 (Report - non-specific). SDV41951.
Two storey, one window front, early 19th century. Deep eaves. Rendered front, slate roof. (Local List only). These buildings, with 37 New Street, are suggested for local listing partly as examples of a type which once comprised the whole of New Street.
