Early 19th century villa set back from road. Formerly an isolation hospital during the cholera epidemic of the 1840s. 2 storeys. Double fronted with 2 windows. Modern slate roof with plain eaves band. Rendered front with pilaster strips on quoins. Architraved sash windows with glazing bars. Recessed doorway with rectangular fanlight and panelled door.
