Full description

BOVEY, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV156067.

Vis=27/7/1983 (bovey) the "mill" structure has been cleared of vegetation. Its condition seems stable.


Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, Untitled Source (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV24.

Vis=2/12/1952 (os) early 19th century painting (proust) shows mill in use and apparently in good condition. Now roofless and ruined. Limestone walls 4-6m high, partly covered with ivy. No obviously dateable features.
