Shown on O.S.map as No.13. House. Early C19. Stuccoed and blocked out; slate roof with boxed eaves; rear right lateral stack with brick shaft. Plan: Double depth block, 2 rooms wide with a central entrance. Exterior: 3 storeys. Symmetrical 3-bay front with a central doorway in a round headed recess. Doorway round-headed with a 2-leaf C20 glazed timber door. Original windows throughout: ground floor windows 16-pane sashes; 3 12-pane first floor sashes; 3 3/3-pane second floor sashes. Interior: Ground floor modernised but features of interest may survive elsewhere.
