Seymour Villas, 1-4 Pathfields, Totnes

Earlier 19th century. 2 semi-detached pairs of villas. Each pair with symmetrical 3 window facade with projecting, gabled, central entrance bay. 2 storeys with lower, recessed wings. Hipped, Welsh slate roofs with eaves cornices. Moulded stacks. Stuccoed fronts with pilaster strips on quoins and plain first floor bands. Number 1, rusticated ground floor. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. 3 light first floor window to central bay. Round arched ground floor windows in recesses. Linked entrances with pilasters carrying entablature. Recessed, round-arched doorways with radial fanlights and panelled doors. Number 2 with later side addition (Number 2A).
