Two barrows.
NMR CITING SAINSBURY, Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV54559.
Two probable barrows:-barrow a - sx89759837. Visible as a slight rise about 0.4m high and prominently situated in a barley field about 25m od. Located on the summit of a n-s ridge with excellent all round visibility. Barrow b - sx89759834. Situated in the same field but lower down the slope to the s though still with all round visibility. It is only just discernible as a slight rise in waist high barley. The sitting of the mounds is not particularly low-lying as stated by allden, and both are above the flood plain (not surveyed, covered by crop) (nmr citing sainsbury).

Site visit on 7th November 1991. Although heavily ploughed, both barrows are clearly visible as two mounds about 40 metres diameter, height 0.8 - 1 metre. No visible ditches. Field known as 'Bury Field'.
