Barn immediately to north-west of West Trecott Farmhouse. Barn. C18. Cob walls. Hipped slate roof. Rectangular plan with central threshing floor. Single storey with loft. Regular front with central cart entrance which has projecting cheeks. Ventilation slit below eaves and loading hatch on first floor to right.
