Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV148.

"entrenchments" recorded on os 6" (1891) and 25" (1906) maps in area from daison rock towards former daison farm. Os 25" (1906) records smaller area of "earthworks" just in vicinity of daison rock (os).

Vis=17/11/1952 (os) the site is so thickly overgrown with hawthorn bushes that it is difficult to penetrate or obtain true picture of its nature. Probably the result of surface quarrying.
