House. Circa 1830s. Smoooth-rendered mass wall construction; slate roof; stack with brick shaft with corbelled cornice and old terracotta pots. Double-depth plan, one room wide. 2 storeys. Asymmetrical but regular 2-window range. Round-headed doorway to right with internal porch with half-glazed door with overlight. Ground-floor window glazed with tripartite horned sash with 2-pane lights, the centre light with margin panes. 2 first-floor 16-pane sashes; one gabled dormer. rear elevation has 16-pane stair sash.
Interior: not inspected but may retain features of interest.
