House in a terrace, partly used as office. c1840s. Stuccoed; tiled roof; stack with brick shaft. One room wide, 2 rooms deep. 3 storeys. eaves board and dentil eaves cornice. Asymmetrical but regular 2-window range. Recessed doorway to right with C20 replacement timber front door. All windows 16-pane timber sashes without horns. Interior not inspected. In an important position fronting onto the yard containing St Anne's Chapel and the parish church.
