Small house. Probably early 1820s. Roughcast mass wall construction; slate roof, gabled at ends; end stacks with brick shafts. Double-depth plan, 2 rooms wide with a central entrance. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window range. Eaves board. Central recessed half-glazed door; 2 ground and 3 first-floor 16-pane sashes. Interior: not inspected but may retain features of interest.
