Small house. Probably 1820s. Mass wall construction, rendered; asbestos-slate roof, gabled at ends; right end stack with roughcast shaft. 2 rooms wide, single-depth plan with an entrance to left of centre. 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window range. Recessed panelled front door, upper panels glazed. Small casement to left of front door, other windows are 3-light timber casements, 6 panes per light, including a horizontal sliding sash to first floor right. Interior not inspected but may retain features of interest.
