95 Boutport Street, Marshals Public House. Public house. Early 19th century. Solid, rendered walls, probably of brick. Slatehanging on rear end of left side wall. Slated roof with red ridge tiles. Red brick chimney on left gable wall. Three storeys, 3-window range. Late 20th century front to ground storey. Upper storeys have 8-paned sash windows, except for narrower blind window in centre of each storey. Wooden board with moulded edge below eaves. Included for group value.
