Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Three fields 766-767 and 744 are named as Higher Deer Park and Lower Deer Park on the Exeter St Thomas Tithe Apportionment.

On the St Thomas Tithe Map of c.1840 is a building, unmarked on the Ordnance Survey map, surrounded by fields numbered 766-7 and 744. Their names, Higher Deer Park and Lower Deer Park respectively, imply the former existence of a deer park.
