Summary

Kent's cavern. The breccia was the oldest deposit in the cavern. Made of sub-angular and rounded pieces of dark red grit with small number of quartz pebbles embedded in a sandy paste of the same colour. Finds: bones of bears of various species, including cave bear, a few of lion and fox. Flint nodules, tools and flakes.
