Summary
Kent's cavern. The rocky chamber. Five finds were made: a part of the skull of a large hyena, the teeth and jaw of a hyena, a sheep skull, the lower jaw of a wolf, and a piece of flint. The piece of flint was of nondescript form, and several flakes had been dislodged from it. It was not rolled, the edges were tolerably sharp, and it had not been used. It was of a chalky texture. It was found in the fourth foot level below the granular stalagmite in september 1879.
