Mid to late C19 set endwise to road. Two storeys stuccoed. Slate roof. Gable has fretted bargeboards with striking vine leaf decoration. One window, including pointed bay to first floor. End elevation has two dormers with fretted bargeboards. Doorcase also has fretted pattern. Probably originally staff quarters to No 42 South Street as the decoration is similar.
