Godfrey, E., 1969, Notes on Dawlish Parish and its Churchwardens' Accounts, 30 (Article in Serial). SDV303677.
The ancient stocks are preserved in the south porch of St. Gregory's church. No trace of the pillory, ducking-stool and whipping post mentioned in the churchwardens' accounts in 1595 and 1619.
