An aerial photograph taken by the RAF in 1946 shows a Type FW3/22 pillbox standing on the sea wall at this point and a 1955 1:2500 map shows its hexagonal shape. <1> <2> The sea wall has now been rebuilt along this stretch and there is no sign of the pillbox. One photo of site. <3>
