Skendleby Lodge is a broad five-bay stuccoed regency house. {1}
An early 19th century house with a hipped slate roof with two stacks to the rear. For the full description and the legal address of this listed building please refer to the appropriate List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest. {2}
The building was used as the farmhouse for Lodge Farm. A curving structure known as 'the smokery' was built at some point in the 19th century, to link the farmhouse with the range of outbuildings to the north (see PRN 48539). {3}{4}
