Full description
PRN 39078
This terrace of seven houses was built around 1840. It is two storeys high with attics at the front, becoming three storeys at the rear, and is built of squared rubble with an ashlar front wall. In 1846 tenants of Thomas Milner threatened to quit due to the smell from a nearby guano factory. {1}
Part of this terrace remains although the houses nearest Belton Street have been demolished and replaced with a modern garage. {2}
