Description
A brick structure was exposed in the east bank of the canal south of the Perry Aqueduct during monitoring of restoration works on the Montgomery Canal in 1995-1996. No corresponding brickwork was seen on the western side of the former canal bed and the cartography shows no feature in this location. Its function or exact date could not be determined.
