Full description
IP 2/9/02: The results of investigations at the east end of Winkle Street (SOU 234/623, SOU 570 and SOU 802) suggest that there is a large, subterranean, stone structure, perhaps a tunnel or cellar just north of Tower House and Solent House. See child records for details. The evidence is as yet uncertain. It may be associated with a large stone culvert found under Tower House on SOU 570.
