Full Description

An evaluation located 2 medieval ditches and 1 early post medieval ditch, probably representing activity in the backyard of the burgage plots that fronted Bartholomew Street. These features produced similar finds: large quantities of roof tile fragments, smaller quantities of animal bone and a few pottery sherds <1>.
