Full Description
This building was an essential part of cruise missile deployments in that the missiles were a mobile system which were reliant on the serviceability of their transporters. The tall openings were created to accommodate a MAN tractor towing either a Transporter Erector Launcher or Launch Control Centre.<1>
The building was recorded in 2002 prior to its demolition <3>.
