Full Description

Two cast iron plaques are attached to the wall of the Town Hall. They are painted white with black lettering and a black border. The text reads, "THE USE OF TRACTION ENGINES IN MANSION HOUSE ST. IS PROHIBITED." In the bottom left corner, below the border, and painted white are the words, "E. WOOLLEY ACCRINGTON."
