Full Description

Theale station footbridge is shown on the Second epoch OS map of 1899 <1> and following historic mapping up to and including the Fifth epoch OS map of 1969 <2>. The date of demolition following conversion of the north (Up) platform to an island platform and the access via steps leading from the Station Road bridge remains to be supplied.
