Former location of 19th century road bridge over the Lambourn Valley Railway

Full Description

A bridge at this site was constructed as part of the Lambourn Valley Railway in 1898. It is shown on the Second Edition OS map of 1899 <1> and subsequent historic mapping up to the Fifth Edition of 1968. The bridge was demolished some time after the railway closed in 1972.
