Full Description
The Newbury Racecourse (originally Newbury Racecourse East) signal box was opened in September 1905 <3> and is shown on the Third epoch OS map of 1911 <1>. The building appears on the Fifth epoch OS map of 1968 <2>. The signal box was demolished following replacement of the signalling system in 1977-79 <3>.
