Full Description
A rectangular building of three ranges built between 1951 and 1953 by the USAF Strategic Air Command as the base fire station. The building continued to be used as the fire station during the GLCM occupation of the site in the 1980s and some parts of the building date to refurbishments associated with this later use. Most recently this building is recorded as being used as a motorsport workshop and offices <1>.
