The next railway station after Hungerford is Great Bedwyn in Wiltshire.

NMR record: BERKS AND HANTS EXTENSION RAILWAY
"Also known as the Kennet Valley Line, the Berks and Hants Extension was created to link Reading with the West country, creating a more direct route. The extension ran from Hungerford, the terminus of the Berks and Hants branch line, to Devizes, and was completed in 1862." <3>
