Full Description
Peake <1> noted that a Roman earthenware lamp found in Northbrook Street is in the Newbury Museum. The Ordnance Survey field investigator could not trace this artefact in the 1960s <2>; however it is listed in the Museum's Accession Register of 1916 as part of the Brooke Collection and was displayed during the Museum's 'Villa' exhibition in October 2019 to July 2021 <3>.
