| Summary: | Emergency recording by Exeter Archaeology of eroding area. Plant macrofossil analysis of six samples suggested cultivation of oats. Barley and wheat were also present, as were seeds from weeds of cultivated ground. One sample, from the fill of a pit containing burnt clay, contained frequent seeds of henbane. Hazelnut shells recovered from two samples. |
