Summary:Vis=30/11/1979 (os) almost throughout it is visible as a bank of tumbled stone, 2.2m wide, 0.5m high, exceptionally spread to 3m wide. Appears to have been drystone walling c.1.3m thick with few upright slabs. No deviations made to incorporate large 'in situ' boulders. There are 3 major breaks in its 820m length - at sx55757557, sx55747576, sx55717588. Two breaks of about 3m at sx55717599 + sx55717602 may be quite modern (nmr, citing os).
