| Summary: | One of two cairns on saddlevis=10/5/1960 (os). Heather covered with large depression in top a result of stone rubbing of which a further example is afforded by a trench dug into the outside of the rim throughout the north- eastern half of the cairn (os). Vis=21/7/1972 (grinsell, l. V. + beach, n. ). Cairn truncated, probably for stones to build adjoining wall. Diameter 20.0m, height 0.6m. Vis=not visible on 1946 raf photos (rchm app 1985). |
