| Summary: | Recording and excavation along a pipeline route in East Devon allowed the investigation of a linear earthwork. Excavation of a newly-found ditch produced a small assemblage of the recently recognised Late Iron Age Plain Ware, and some metalling below the surface of the present A3052 could possibly relate to a suggested Roman road. |
