| Summary: | The Royal York and Faulkner Hotel is part of York Terrace, and is an almalgamation of two hotels which themselves comprised the amalgamation of what were, historically, five houses. A retrospective application was made for listed building consent for the replacement of 6 windows and 9 French doors with non traditional materials, however the replacements have had a detrimental effect on the appearance of the listed buildings. |
