| Summary: | A detailed magnetometer survey was undertaken of an area of land at Kingsland Barton. A double-ditched enclosure, formerly identified from aerial photographs, has been located along with several associated linear cut features to the south and south-west of the enclosure. Many other pit-like and ditch-like anomalies were also evident within and surrounding the enclosure, they are generally too weak or indistinct to be certain of their origin. Several formerly mapped field boundaries have also been located by the survey. |
